Lying north-east of Taliouine, it ’s peak is the highest point of the Anti-Atlas, at 3305m. The volcanic formations are impressive, and the scenery en route diverse, ranging from, mountain gorges and terraced fields to green plains and ancient Berber villages. Saffron is grown here and the Ait Ouaouzguite region is also well known for its beautiful carpets and rugs.


Day 1:

Arrival to airport and transport to the hotel or riad in Marrakech

Day 2:

Set off for the southern slopes of the High Atlas. After a 4 hour drive, arrive in Tamalakout (1650m) where we meet our Berber muleteers and take a short stroll around the village late afternoon. Stay overnight.

Day 3:

Start of our trip; fitted on the Tinzaline tray; we follow the river until the grotte « Troglodythe » of Agrougharene.our in Assaka (2000 m) 6hours walking,

Day 4:

Crossing many berber villages of Ait Taigga,Idougagh and Ait Ighmour, our camp in nice village of transumance was quoted traditional sheepfold (2400 m) 5hours walking.

Day 5:

Ascention of Mount Siroua(3305 m) and descent to the fold of Iriri Azib (2300 m),camp,7hours walking, mules takes another way.

Day 6:

Tower Amzdour; meadows passage of sheep Azib Azazougzan, nice view of high atlas from the highlands, beautiful concretion basaltic Azib Aziwan,amazing camp(2450m) 5hours walking.

Day 7:

Descent to the amassin grooves; visit the old town of Amassin,We then board our vehicle for the drive back across the Atlas (via the Tizi n’Tichka) to Marrakech. Time to visit the remarkable central square of the Djema el-Fna. Overnight at hotel or riad .2hours walking

Day 8:

Our group package services end after breakfast. Complimentary airport transfers are provided for clients departing this day. End of my service and I hope did you spend nice time with us.
